I saw this the other day on Pinterest and then again on Isabella & Max.
It’s such a bold, yet simple statement.
Comparison is something I struggle with. I guess it’s only human nature.
It’s especially easy to let it happen when you read blogs more than once in awhile!! Can I get an “amen”??
{thank you}
We’re get so caught up “in the pursuit of happiness” that we forget to just be happy…
Here’s what I’m saying:
Hold tight to your joy {Lesley}. Be happy with what you’ve been blessed with {Lesley}. Just be you {Lesley}. Do not compare yourself or your life to others {Lesley}.
By the way, this is in no way a "sad or depressed" post!! It's just a good reminder to be content and grateful, that's all!
I think I may have worried my mom a bit :)
Have a Joyful Wednesday, lovelies!
xo,
So true Mrs Bright!! That is why I posted about Ten Thousand Villages. We get so caught up in wanting just one more item to try and make our home "perfect" At least this kind of purchase will make a difference and be Joyful!

I think a lot of people get too caught up in being th perfect mother, daughter, girlfriend, wife because they are always comparing themselves to others. I'm trying to be happy with who I am and what I have achieved so far. This is a very simple and powerful message isnt it?
